I loved that we were just a few steps from Arby's and only almost 2 km from Climax Canyon Park, which made our city strolls and landmark discoveries so convenient and enjoyable.

We stayed in a spacious room where the beds were super comfy and the linens were toasty on a cool night. Breakfast included tasty waffles and decent coffee, making for a nice start to our day! I’d definitely come back!

We faced some notable inconveniences. The check-in took longer than expected, with a wait of over 20 minutes due to the front desk being unattended. The air conditioning struggled to cool the room effectively, never really getting it cold enough for comfort. Additionally, noise was an issue. we were kept awake until the early hours by a group coming and going, which could be disruptive for light sleepers. The lack of an elevator adds an inconvenience for guests with heavy luggage or mobility issues. Finally, I had to rely on a third-party app to secure a fair room rate, which seems odd for a hotel's pricing strategy.
